Drew Taylor was 32 when she says she became disabled following a COVID-19 vaccine. Before her cardiologist could even complete testing for POTS, she says Alberta Health Services contacted her through a nurse to recommend a second dose — a recommendation she says came from a specialist she had never met and whose consultation, she says, she later could not find in her medical records. She had asked her doctor for an exemption; he reportedly refused. She says she ultimately received the second dose under pressure, partly because border rules prevented travel without both shots. Her grandmother passed away while she was too ill to go. Her question: how was a second vaccine being recommended before the investigation into the first reaction was even complete?
